Dog Boarding
Kona's K9 Retreat, LLC is situated on a private lot on 10 wooded acres with walking trails through the woods and large, fenced in areas for your dog(s) to run, play, and be dogs. The owners live on the property, so rest assured that your dogs will be well take care of with around the clock care.
Dog Boarding Requirements
ALL dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations. A copy of each dog's Rabies and Bordetella vaccination is required before their stay.
Dogs are to be spayed or neutered if they are of an age where this can be done. If dogs are not spayed or neutered, special arrangements may be possible (we do not accept female dogs that are in their heat cycle).
First time visitors must set up an onsite Meet-and-Greet before their stay to insure your dog is comfortable while you are away.
Dog Boarding- Standard
4ft x 16ft indoor dog run with privacy between neighboring runs and a raised cot-style dog bed. Morning and evening feeding times, regular toileting breaks, enrichment, and physical exercise.
Dog Boarding- Double Kennel
The double is located indoors and is a double run of our standard option. It is more suitable for multi-dog households, bigger dogs, or dogs that just prefer a little more space. The double offers privacy between neighboring runs, a plush bed, morning and evening feeding times, regular toileting breaks, enrichment, and physical exercise. You will be charged for the first day no matter what time you drop off. Pick-up is at, or before 12:00pm.
